The ecuLink gateway contains a radio transmitter and is subject to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device has not yet received FCC equipment authorization. Delivery to you is conditional upon successful completion of the applicable FCC equipment authorization process; no unit will be shipped or delivered before that authorization is granted. FCC rules do not address the applicability of consumer protection, contractual, or other provisions under federal or state law to this transaction. If Autonomo Inc. has not obtained authorization by March 31, 2027, your deposit will be refunded in full within 30 days and neither party will have further obligation.
