The ecuLink gateway contains a radio transmitter and is subject to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device has not yet received FCC equipment authorization. Delivery to you is conditional upon successful completion of the applicable FCC equipment authorization process; no unit will be shipped or delivered before that authorization is granted. FCC rules do not address the applicability of consumer protection, contractual, or other provisions under federal or state law to this transaction. If Autonomo Inc. has not obtained authorization by March 31, 2027, your deposit will be refunded in full within 30 days and neither party will have further obligation.
Your payment at checkout is a $100 per-device pre-order deposit. It is charged when you place your order and is refundable at any time before your device ships. When your device ships, the deposit is credited in full against your hardware and your first month of service. No subscription charge is made before your device ships. Refund policy
