Return Policy

New Products: Any new hardware product purchase can be returned for a full product refund within 60 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 60 days with no returns accepted after 90 days. We provide return shipping for domestic and international orders. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Subscription Renewals: Yearly subscription renewals are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Damaged Item/Lost in Shipping Items: In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we require the customer to open a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is filed with the shipping carrier, please contact customer service by emailing info@ecuLink.io or call +1 234 567 890.

How do I Request a Return? To request a return and receive a prepaid shipping label, please contact customer service by emailing info@ecuLink.io or call +1 234 567 890. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided which must be included with your return.

How soon will I get my refund? Once you notify customer service that you would like to request a return, an RA Number will be issued and an email including a prepaid return shipping label will be sent within 1 business day. Once the return item(s) are received at ECULink, we will process them and provide the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. After the refund is issued, it may take up to 2 weeks for your bank to process the funds to your original payment method.

How do I report a damaged or lost item in shipping? In the event of a damaged or lost shipping item, please contact customer service by emailing info@ecuLink.io or call +1 234 567 890 within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Photo documentation may be required for damaged items.
